About Us
Our Mission
We collaborate to create experiences which bring joy, spark curiosity, connect communities and inspire change
Our Vision
A world in which everyone can explore and create culture
What do we do?
We produce inclusive Festivals and projects focusing on music, science, and the spoken and written word so that everyone can experience the benefits of cultural engagement and explore or advance careers in science and the arts.
We are led by our overarching mission, vision and values which lead us to respond to specific societal concerns including: the Cybertech skills gap; the climate crisis; low reading for pleasure among children; the mental health crisis; inequity of music provision; supporting low-income households in Cheltenham and the opportunity for marginalised groups.
How do we do it?
As a not-for-profit charity, we rely on sponsorship, grants and charitable giving to achieve everything we do. Our hard-working team of full-time, part-time and freelance staff work year-round to deliver our festivals and outreach programmes, supported by our volunteers, patrons, members and partners.
